It is our intention to help to build a strong bridge between Arab and American youth to identify the opinion leaders of this generation in both cultures and to train them utilizing a curriculum developed by to promote employment skills that can be globally marketed and conflict resolution skills in a train-the-trainer model which can then be transported to the MENA region by evolved peer mentors. In addition, we train these identified individuals in the arena of social networking through established channels of Facebook, Linked in, Twitter and other Internet mechanisms of communicating and networking between continents. This effort will be delivered through the concepts of e-learning, coordinated by several educational organizations and strategic sponsor. We respectfully suggest, that by utilizing this model, we can empower Arab youth, create Arab-American mentors, introduce technology that creates bridges, and inculcate concepts that create a generation of peacebuilders.
